What is the order process?
Place your order through our website and send your logo/design to our WhatsApp if required. Our team will review your artwork and order details before confirming production.
For custom printing orders, we may contact you for artwork confirmation before proceeding.

How long is the lead time?
Ready stock orders usually take around 1 working days to ship out.
Custom printing orders usually take around 7–14 working days after artwork confirmation, depending on quantity and production schedule.
Can I print my logo on the products?
Yes. We provide custom logo printing for selected products such as non-woven bags, canvas bags, cooler bags, T-shirts, stickers, labels, wedding doorgifts, and other corporate gift items.
What file format should I provide for my logo or design?
We recommend sending your artwork in AI, PDF, SVG, or high-resolution PNG format. If you are unsure, you may upload the best file you have and our team will review it before production.
Can I see a mockup before production?
Yes. For custom printing orders, we can provide a digital mockup for confirmation before production. Production will only proceed after the artwork/mockup is confirmed.
Can I change the design after confirmation?
Changes can only be made before production starts. Once the artwork is confirmed and production has started, changes may not be possible or may involve additional charges.
What if I need urgent order?
For urgent orders, please contact us directly to check. Urgent fees may be applied.
Can I self collect my order?
Yes. Self collection is available at our office in Tangkak, Johor. Please select "Local Pickup" during checkout.
Can I be agent/reseller?
Yes, please contact us. Our team will guide you through the SOP.
